AM095 LoRaWAN, LoRa, wireless M-Bus module at 169 and 868 MHz

A multi-band high-performing RF module suitable for a wide range of IoT applications

Designed to speed your proof of concept & development. Suitable for those hard-to-reach devices. The AM095 has now replaced the AM093: all the functionality of this compact and versatile RF modem in a smaller footprint of 20.3 x 17.8 mm. The AM095 also supports the TRIoT® software stack developed by AMIHO making multi-standard communication possible on a single RF modem:wireless M-Bus, LoRa, LoRaWAN + bridging between protocols.

Easily access on-board MCU to run your custom application

A high performance, bidirectional RF module at 868 MHz features NXP’s Kinetis® family of MCUs and Semtech’s LoRa® radio. The AM094-LW includes the TRIoT® stack from AMIHO supporting wireless M-Bus, LoRa and LoRaWAN + bridging between protocols.

AM091 LoRa, wireless M-Bus module at 169 MHz

Easily access on-board MCU to run your custom application

Complete with AMIHO’s software stack, the communication is taken care of and you can concentrate on your application. Ideal for hard to reach meters and devices. The AM091 is a speciality module that is only produced on request. The module is designed for wireless M-Bus and LoRa, but is also suitable for other ISM-band applications. Features: NXP’s Kinetis® MCU and Semtech radio.

AM090 wireless M-Bus module at 868 MHz

A small 15.2 mm x 15.2 mm footprint for applications where every mm of space matters.

The AM090 family offers a cost effective and ultra-compact 868 MHz module with NXP MCU.

AM060 wireless M-Bus radio module 868 MHz

RF module featuring Renesas MCU and ROHM LAPIS radio

The AM060 868 MHz radio module is compact and uses a Renesas RL78 family MCU and ROHM LAPIS ML7345 radio transceiver and is ideal for Smart Meter and IoT applications.

Bridging function between wireless M-Bus and LoRa® at 169 and 868 MHz (AMIHO’s embedded software stack)

AMIHO pioneers in the market with a bridging feature that enables our LoRa radio modules to receive in Wireless M-Bus and re-transmit in LoRa and vice versa.

A common example of an application would be a wireless M-Bus meter range of which needs to be extended in order to communicate with the concentrator/GW. In this arrangement the module can be set-up as a bridge between these two devices, using wireless M-Bus as an input signal and give LoRa message in the output. See our Bridge Application, allowing data to be received in Wireless M-Bus and sent in LoRa using only one module. Find out more in our Bridge App Note.
